The 2012 Annual meeting was held on March 3, 2012 at 10:00am as required by the association's bylaws.  The minutes of the meeting will be posted shortly.  During the discussion section two concerns were raised: 

1.  A number of adult residents as well as  their unsupervised children are using golf carts to get around the neighborhood. In addition to this being unlawful it also creates a safety hazard especially when the golf carts are operated by minors.  The board wishes to remind all residents that the roads in Moore's Ferry are city streets and as such subject to applicaple traffic laws.

2. It is now a state law that pet owners must pick up any litter generated by their pets.  Regardless of the legality the board is asking pet owners to be considerate of their neighbors and promptly remove any litter.

The pool is scheduled to open on May 11.  The Friday night social schedule will now revert to two socials per month. These socials will be oriented towards both adults and children and are scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month starting in May. The May 18  social will be the annual hot dog cookout. On the remaining Fridays socials at residents homes are being organized by the social committee. Several residents have already signed up to host a private social. Dates are still available.  If you would like to host a social in your home check for available dates under the events tab and contact Marian Erikson to get you name on the schedule. Hosts may choose to have either family oriented or adults only events. Check the wesite events section for dates.
