Clubhouse Rental

Service Description

Rental Fee: $100.00 Damage Deposit: $250.00 Rental fee applies to private events. Rental fee is waived for neighborhood-exclusive events that members organize. Eg. neighborhood movie night, yoga class, etc. where all MFOA neighbors are invited (no outsiders) and the event is publicized by the MFOA. To Reserve: 1. Contact Property Manager, Marcus McBride, 828-851-6515, mmcbride@mbaccountingllc.com. 2. If you are eligible to rent (dues are paid up), complete the rental form and submit payment. Rental Rules: 1. The Clubhouse may only be rented by MFOA members in good standing. 2. The member is responsible for the Clubhouse and must be present at the function. 3. Clubhouse is available to rent from 10:00 AM until 1:00 AM. 4. The MFOA pool is NOT included in this rental. The regular pool guest policy applies to the clubhouse rental – an MFOA household may have a maximum of five pool guests. 5. Clubhouse renters do not have exclusive use of the lower deck and must share space with MFOA members who may be using it. Renters do have exclusive use of the upper deck, and “Private Event” signs are kept in the storage room and may be placed on each staircase leading to the upper deck. 6. After the event, turn the HVAC thermostat to 68 degrees/heat in the winter or 78 degrees/air conditioning in the summer. Turn off lights and fans and lock all doors. 7. Renter must tidy up immediately after rental, and remove all trash, food and supplies brought in. Clubhouse will be cleaned at 6:00 AM the following morning, and anything left will be thrown out (but please don’t leave things for people to have to clean up after you). 8. Return the key the morning after the rental to the entrance guardhouse mailbox. Once the key is received, the damage deposit will be returned within 3 business days, provided no damage has occurred to the Clubhouse and facilities. 9. Sonos speakers are available to use with the rental, upon request. If speakers are damaged or lost, Renter will be held liable for replacement of new speakers, at replacement cost. I agree to the Rental Rules above. I am a MFOA member in good standing and I will be present at the function.
